What products do you offer?

Our most common products are: trade show displays, banners, backdrops, table drapes, floor graphics, wall & window graphics, and SEG lightboxes. Need something else? Just ask!

How fast is the turnaround?

Our normal turnaround for most products is 1-2 days, with a turnaround of 2-3 days for fabric products. For emergencies, depending on material and finishing, usually 4 hours for prints and 24 hours for dye-sub.

What type of materials do you stock?

The materials we typically stock are: fabric, vinyl, PVC, gatorboard, SEG lightboxes (including rental options)

What are the hours to access my account manager?

Typically, your account manager can be reached 8:00am to 5:30pm, but for emergencies, arrangements will be made for availability outside of those hours with direct cell phone access to your account manager.

Do you work on weekends?

We are fully operational on Saturdays, and we offer Sunday availability with advance notice for large events so arrangements can be made.

Can you help with design?

Yes, we have an in-house design team ready to help bring your ideas to life.

What file formats do you accept?

We typically accept PDF, AI, EPS, and high-resolution JPEG or TIFF files.

Do you offer installation services?

Yes, we provide professional installation services for a wide range of products.

What is your policy on rush orders?

We can accommodate rush orders for our members.
